We do not<\/strong> offer photography services or rent the studio directly to the general public for personal use without a photographer.<\/p>\n No. Country Farm Studios is a rental space exclusively for photographers and content creators. If you’re looking for a photographer, we’re happy to recommend several talented local professionals who regularly use our studio.<\/p>\n Reservations are made through our online booking system. Full payment is required to secure your reservation. Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.<\/p>\n Your rental includes exclusive access to the studio during your reserved time, including:<\/p>\n If you’re interested in using a specific prop, feel free to contact us before your session.<\/p>\n Photographers are responsible for bringing their own lighting equipment and camera gear. The studio provides the space, some sets and props.<\/p>\n Absolutely! We encourage you to customize the space for your session. Please return everything to its original location before your rental ends.<\/p>\n Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own props and temporary decorations. Please remove everything at the end of your session.<\/p>\n To protect the studio, please do not use nails, screws, staples, permanent adhesives, glitter, confetti, smoke bombs, or anything that could damage the property.<\/p>\n Country Farm Studios does not have a public restroom. Please plan accordingly.<\/p>\n There is no heat\/cooling inside the barn. In extreme weather situations, we may provide a space heater upon request.<\/p>\n No food or drinks are permitted. Since we’re located on a real farm, we work hard to avoid attracting unwanted pests and appreciate your help keeping the studio clean.<\/p>\n Outside animals are not permitted on the property. Our farm is home to resident animals, and for everyone’s safety, we ask that no additional animals be brought onto the property.<\/p>\n Your rental includes access to designated outdoor photography areas, including the barn exterior, rustic fencing, vintage tractors, horse trailer, open fields, and other seasonal farm features.<\/p>\n Please stay within the designated photography areas (west of the property driveway). All buildings, equipment and portions of the property to the east of the driveway are private.<\/p>\n Yes. There is plenty of parking available in the driveway.<\/p>\n Because Country Farm Studios is located on private property, we kindly ask everyone to park courteously and avoid blocking driveways or access points.<\/p>\n The studio comfortably accommodates photographers and their clients. If you’re planning a large group, workshop, or styled shoot, please contact us in advance so we can ensure the space is appropriate.<\/p>\n We do not offer refunds for canceled reservations.<\/p>\n Bookings may be rescheduled if requested at least 72 hours (3 days)<\/strong> before your scheduled rental, subject to studio availability.<\/p>\n If you notify us at least 72 hours before your reservation<\/strong>, we’ll gladly help you reschedule your booking based on studio availability.<\/p>\n If the studio is available immediately following your reservation, additional time may be purchased at the current hourly rental rate.<\/p>\n Before you leave, please:<\/p>\n We understand accidents happen.
